        Vice president of Chinese Academy of Governance and member of the Party Committee(Vice Minister)
        Yang Keqin, male, ethnic Han, born in April 1958, native of Daming, Hebei Province, joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) and began working in March 1977. Mr. Yang graduated from the Department of Economics, Fudan University with a major in Political Economy.

        1977-1978, An ‘educated youth’ who settled in Shunyi County, Beijing
        1978-1982, Studying at the Department of Economics, Fudan University and majoring in political economy
        1982-1983, Cadre of Personnel Bureau, China Academy of Social Sciences
        1983-1994, Cadre of the National Economic Comprehensive Plan Bureau, deputy-division-level and division-level secretary of the Director’s Office of General Office Party Committee, and deputy director of the Consultant Liaison Office in State Planning Committee
        1994-Jun. 2009, Deputy director general of the General Office, deputy director general and later director general of Department of Senior Executive Training Programs in Chinese Academy of Governance (1998-1999, Studying at the 15th-Term Young and Middle-Aged Cadre Training Class of Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C.)
